Last Updated: June 25, 2026

Welcome to LinkPilot AI. By creating an account, installing our Chrome extension, or utilizing our dashboard metrics, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your account parameters, passwords, and decrypted API credentials. Any activity, API requests, or SMTP emails dispatched under your authentication keys will be considered authorized actions initiated by you.

2. Acceptable Use and Email Dispatch

You agree not to use the LinkPilot SMTP outbox or generation assistant to send bulk spam, offensive marketing campaigns, or carry out phishing attacks. Violating acceptable email marketing ciphers will lead to immediate account termination.

3. AI Content Draft Disclaimer

LinkPilot AI provides drafting recommendations based on contextual post data and your saved bio information. We do not guarantee the correctness, truthfulness, or response rates of AI-generated content. It is your sole responsibility to review and edit every email, WhatsApp message, or comment draft before sending.

4. LinkedIn Platform Compatibility

LinkPilot is a third-party productivity extension designed contextually for the LinkedIn platform. We are not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility if LinkedIn modifies its DOM classes or layout structure.

5. Google Sheets & Third-Party Services

Our Google Sheets integration operates through Google's OAuth 2.0 API. By using it, you acknowledge and agree that your CRM leads will be transmitted to Google Spreadsheet servers under your Google account. LinkPilot AI is not responsible for any modification, deletion, or loss of spreadsheet data resulting from user actions or Google server constraints.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkPilot AI or its developers be held liable for any loss of service access, database corruption, or communication failures resulting from OpenRouter API outages, SMTP server errors, or LinkedIn account constraints.
